Marmalade

I really liked the gelato from here. I got just the plain vanilla, which had no mix-ins or toppings, and yet I was still impressed. The flavor had strong vanilla notes, much more than you would expect out of a typical vanilla ice cream or gelato. I also really liked the texture, as it maintained a pretty good thickness throughout. The creaminess was very nice to see. The only downside was the lack of flavors I found appealing. I pretty much had to go vanilla by default, as I was allergic to the pistachio flavor, and the fruit/tea ones did not sound great. If they had a way to post what flavors were available online, I would definitely come back if I saw flavors that seemed more appealing. Overall, this is some really good gelato that I can appreciate despite the relatively plain flavor.

The label said best pistachio in Seattle. And it did not disappoint. The gelatos are amazing. Made with locally available items. And the owner is a friendly and nice guy. Would definitely recommend the pistachio. But try everything. And the portions are very generous.

This place is amazing! The owner is delightful and very passionate about what he does. He gave loads of samples, chatted with us about his flavor development, and was generally very friendly. Every flavor was fantastic - I ended up getting a lavender honey + cara cara marmalade. My partner got chocolate hazelnut candied orange + salted graham. They have new flavors all the time - 3 new flavors come out tomorrow (we'll be back this weekend to try them!). They are brand new, so their hours are sometimes variable, but if the curtains are closed with lights on, there's a doorbell! He said he's sold scoops after midnight if people ring the bell.

Lovely gelato spot! They offer lots of creative flavors, and I love their pistachio flavor. The owner is super friendly and chatty. They offer free samples so you can try before choosing. They also have espresso ☕️

This place is amazing! The owner is a wonderful and sweet guy, who is more than happy to let you try all the flavors as he tells you about how he got the idea. Keep an eye out because some of the stuff is special and won't be out long! I got strawberry and it was really good. My default when coming here is the Dolce de Leche. My husband likes the pistachio. The coffee that they use for the affogato is really good! It is small inside, but they do have a restroom and 2 tables. Outside there is more seating, with some wonderful big trees to keep you shaded from the sun This place is WAY too close to where I work and it's too easy to just say "I need some Gelato" when work is done.
