Mari Manor

This B&B is conveniently located walking distance to the main street in Westhampton. It is about 2 miles or so from Dune Rd. and the beaches. We stayed for 3 days in late July 2015, my husband, me and our 2 teenage boys.||||The house is a renovated, cozy old home probably about 100 years old. It is small with maybe 5 total guestrooms. We had a mini sutie area where we could close the door to the hallway and had 2 bedrooms sharing 1 bathroom. These rooms were clean, bright and comfortable but a bit small. The other guest rooms appeared larger. The bathroom was large with lots of storage space, a separate bath and shower. I was fully prepared to love this place and generally am happy to overlook occasional glitches when I travel. I do expect a few basic amenities and clarity around fees - particularly at a small Hamptons B&B run by a well-known entrepreneur who charges upwards of $350 per night. ||We knew and respected that Mari Manor is vegan-only and accepted the oddity that maid service is available only at an additional $50/night fee. However, we didn't expect to be confronted upon entering our room with two framed lists of additional rules and fees, plus a separate loose-leaf notebook detailing still more restrictions - a number of which turned out to be wrong. Clean, comfortable and convenient.However, landlady does not allow you to bring in food of any kind.Located over a mile from beach. Breakfast eaten under her supervision, repetitive and limited. Pool fine.Towels provided.

I have been to several BnB in the area and I must say that this is one of the best. The home is so beautiful and rooms are top notch. The Owner is vegan and the breakfast that is served is natural and healthy. A must do.
