Margarita Island - Merritt Island

I really wanted a restaurant that served salsa and chips and Margarita Island has great salsa and great chips. They're there on the table and they taste amazing. I had the chihuahua tacos and the cheese shells were just overpowering. My son had the surf and turf and he seemed to enjoy it. My wife had the shrimp and they were okay. However, in my opinion there are better places for better tacos. They do have a little outside area but it's overlooking a parking lot. So for atmosphere and Florida I gave them pretty low marks. The staff was great though and if I ever get a craving for chips and salsa again we may be back.

Stopped in for lunch. They have I-Pad like menus which are very nice with vibrant pictures! Our server, Brittney was fantastic and as cute as can be! I had the Chicken Rice Bowl. It was spectacular and a generous amount. Chips and salsa, always tasty!

Yum Yum Yum! Had KK as our server and she was great. Had wonderful recommendations and gave great service. The food was delicious and ordered a large margarita and it was definitely large! Cannot wait to come back!

Loved loved the food this is hands down the best Mexican I've had since mexico. The atmosphere is super relaxed and very trendy Will be going back also the meal I got is definitely shareable tons of food.

We’ve been coming here for years, and this last visit just reminded us why we keep coming back. Krystle was absolutely fantastic. Attentive without hovering, quick on everything, and genuinely kind. You can tell when someone actually cares about doing a good job, and she does. She handled everything smoothly, kept our drinks filled, made sure the food came out right, and checked in at the perfect times. The food was great as always, but great service is what makes the whole experience. Krystle made it feel easy and enjoyable from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back again. Highly recommend asking for her.
