Marco's Pizza

Our favorite pizza chain in Tuscaloosa so far, had both great experiences for dine in and online pick up order. The price and quality were great and reasonable with so many promotions available. Got our orders correct every single time and the orders came out quickly. Last night we had a large pizza with a combination of deluxe(replaced onion with olive) and Hawaii in a thin crust, both flavors were tasty and fresh.

Ordered at 6:11 and finally called at 7:15 after no updates. Was told ain't got no driver you'll have to pick up, finally got a manager on phone and she a said the owner only lets deliveries be made by door dashers, so be careful. An 1-1/2 delivery is insane. Love the pizza but won't order again for delivery. Thank you to the manager for being nice and making a new pie so it was at least hot.

My oh my 🤗This place has tha best pizza ..I ordered a chicken pizza and a steak pizza and it was great!! 6.99 one topping pizza special was what I needed after a long day at work!! I placed an order over the phone I arrived to pick up my order and had to sit at the pick up window for ten minutes or more before someone even acknowledged me I then was greeted by a young woman with a horrible attitude when I asked for the manager they wouldn’t give out any information they were beyond childish and if that wasn’t enough my order was wrong ! I called back to inform them that I would just like my money back and I was hung up on. The one thing they did get right was made horribly I used to eat here regularly but the quality has went way downhill needless to say I won’t be back after the non existent customer service ,wait and the quality of the food. Disgusted would be an understatement!

I don't know if it is just this Marco's or it's all Marco's, but this one looked like they have ZERO customers that eat in. I had time before an appointment and figured I would go in and eat. Pizza didn't take long at all to come out. The issue was I had to clean off a table to sit at. There is only 4 tables to start with. One table they were using as a computer/work table and one table for making pizza boxes. So I picked out the one that looked to be less dirty and cleaned it. We love the pizza and will continue to get it, but I guess it will only be fore take out.
