Love the new location! Wish the entrance wasn't a choke point making it tough for both lanes to take customers. The lane for ordering at the drive thru needs to be active in pulling cars forward when there's a 4+ car difference with people being stuck out on the access road. Also the drive thru walkway was awesome 💯

Now, listen first let me just say I’m so proud of the owner opening her 2nd location!!!🎉. Today 4/29/25, My co worker and I stopped in for lunch. I must say one the bathrooms was fairly clean (trash was a little heavy, but nothing to complain about; as this is rush hour). From the road I didn’t know there was a playground inside and it’s very neat and clean as well. I sat down looked around at the staff and others. Everyone was enjoying their lunch. They even have a cute little spot outside where you can snap a few quick pics with family and friends. I have nothing bad to say about this location and yes I’ll be back again. This literally must be the slowest CFA on the planet. I have never, not once, received an order within 10 minutes of ordering it, no matter whether mobile, in store, or drive through, at this location. It is hard to believe this one is operated by the same people as the other one in Northport, which is always fast. Nearly 20 minutes today for dine-in. Not worth that long. I’d get food faster than that at many sit down restaurants!!

That drive through line has become ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! The people ordering off the online app being MERGED in with the normal drive thru crowd has caused major issues.. WHY DID Y'ALL CHANGE IT?? I pulled up ordered and payed for my food and they brought it to me in a very timely manner but being as how I was STUCK in the line and couldn't move I ended up SITTING THERE FOR WELL OVER 15 MINUTES AND THAT DONE IT FOR ME .. YES I COULD HAVE GONE INSIDE AND ORDERED but THAT is the whole reason for having a DRIVE THRU is to keep from having to park, get out, get all the kids out, etc.. come CHICK-FIL-A DON'T FIX SOMETHING THAT ISN'T BROKEN..Two lanes are always better than ONE!

Almost EVERYTIME I come here it’s something wrong. The nuggets are overcooked or the grease needs to be changed! The fries are even too dark! Definitely not the chick fil a standard I’m accustomed to!
