Maplewood Hotel

We got a great price because we visited low season , We chose the room with a soaking tub. They have a large selection of dvd movies, breakfast was yummy and staff was very friendly. We had time to relax and unwind. During summer season, you can go out and find stuff but in winter, everything closes early, we wanted a cup of coffee and unfortunately we couldnt find anything open. We were hoping to get some at the hotel but they dont have a coffee maker. Coffee only for breakfast. That was my only thing. I would suggest to the owners is to get a coffee maker, not even for the room, for the house, we wouldnt mind paying for a k-cup to make ourselves a hot drink.

Beautiful, Charming, lovely, endearing. My wife and I have been staying here each summer for 5 years straight. It’s our favorite time of the year. And we plan on it being a tradition for a lifetime. Cozy rooms, refreshing pool, friendly/warm staff, delicious breakfast. Location couldn’t be better. Walking distance to everything. Feels like a dream!

it is obvious that the facilities at the Maplewood are impeccable with respect to both its style but also cleanliness. The breakfast was fantastic each day. However, what is not obvious from the pictures is how incredibly responsible, pleasant, and effective the staff are. We help an international meeting in Saugatuck and put our faculty up at the Maplewood. They all universally raved about the Maplewood, and all requested that they stay at the Maplewood next year.

A charming and comfortable place to stay for all ages and groups to enjoy. I stayed here with some girl friends and we loved the character of each room as well as the common spaces. The staff was kind, and the breakfast served each morning was delicious. The hotel sits in a great location for walking around the restaurants, shops, and galleries of Saugatuck. We also enjoyed the pool in between our daytime activities. I'd recommend to anyone.

We had a great stay here. Our room was perfect, very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The decor throughout the hotel is great, so many antiques and details. There were always snacks and drinks set out. The staff was all very friendly. Breakfast was great every morning. The hotel is right in the heart of everything and it was easy to go back to our room throughout the day to drop of shopping or take a rest. We would definitely stay here again
