Manin Food Truck

The food was delicious, authentic, and cooked made to order. The food truck looks new and clean on the inside and outside. I really liked how you could smell the amazing aroma of ingredients as you walk up to order. The lady cooking the food was nice and she speaks English and Spanish. I’ve gotten most items on the menu since it is next to my house. Everything is good but the oxtails, goat, and fried chicken are my all time favorites! Go enjoy this Latin jewel of a food truck. You won’t regret it!

Our Leisure Lane RV Resorts have recently brought Manin Food Truck to all for of our 4 locations . We have had wonderful reviews on their food from all the guests and I can say myself that their chicken, was some of the best fried chicken I have ever had....... and I'm a southern girl. The family who owns the truck have been amazing to work with. Stanley is always prompt to respond and always willing to work with us however we need. They bring so much life to the park when they come, everyone enjoys! Hopefully everyone can experience their fun, family and definitely their food!

Feels like I am at Boliva with my brother lol. The drink is really good too. Plus I live close and I can relax over here after work.

Their food truck came to our RV Resort! What a friendly compassionate family that brings the Dominican flavors of their country to ours! The Longoniza with Red Beas and Rice and the Pollo with Fried Plantains are absolutely delicious! When you are craving island flavor this is the place to go to!

Would leave 0 stars if it was an option. I just left the food truck located on FM 2920, and was highly disappointed. I was not greeted by the young lady that is currently working the truck tonight. She saw me standing at the window for about 5 mins before she said anything to me. Not a hello, give me a moment, or anything. When she finally acknowledged me her demeanor was disgusting. I asked her a question about the menu and she responded with the nastiest attitude and look. I most definitely did NOT spend a red cent with this business tonight. She needs a customer service training ASAP! BAD FOR BUSINESS!!!
