SPRING GARDEN HALAL BBQ

Found this on Google and didn't know it was only a few days old. My in-laws were coming to town from Chicago and I came here. The concept is quite nice. They have ready made skewers that they freshly grill on the spot. They have a ton of meats to select from. Beef, short ribs, lamb, chicken, kabobs or whole pieces. The seasoning was excellent. Very nice owner. The guy from Khan Baba. The owner Shezad was super nice. He gave us a chicken skewer to try and it was ultra juicy and freshly grilled. We got some chicken ones and some beef ones and everything was really good. The french fries also taste good. They really care about quality here, so definitely give this place a try. Solid grilled meat.

Found out about this place through a friend, tried 5 items, chicken wings, beef Kebab, beef boti with fat, sliced beef Skewer and grilled vegetable Skewer, I like the concept of selecting the Skewers and get them grill no waiting, the things I enjoyed the most were the wings vegetable and thin sliced beef Skewer, the Kebab were a little dry for me and beef boti was a bit chewy, the sauces needs improvement compared to the food, I would love to see if they can bring garlic dip to complement the grills they have, will try them again. 9 Feb 2026: added 1 star to my earlier 4 star rating: I have tried them again as I was craving for grilled wings!! Spring Garden Halal BBQ is easily one of the best halal food trucks I’ve tried, and it never disappoints. As soon as you walk up, the delicious aroma of fresh grilled food instantly grabs your attention. One of the best parts is being able to see the skewers cooking live right in front of you. Watching the chicken, beef, and lamb grill over the heat while they sizzle makes the whole experience feel fresh and authentic. You know your food is made to order every time. Such a solid halal BBQ spot! The spicy chicken wing skewer was a standout, and the beef boti with fat was insanely flavorful and juicy. The lamb chops were great too—perfectly cooked. Love that we finally have a legit halal BBQ option up north. The reasonable prices, outdoor seating and overall vibe made it even better, and the food truck owner was super nice and welcoming. I saw this food truck a while ago and got a chance today to try it out. We ordered Hot Wings, Full Chicken, Beef Boti with fat, and the owner gave us Chicken Kabab and Beef Kabab on the house, along with drinks. Starting off with the full chicken, it was perfectly spiced and flavorful, even my 1.5 years old ate it. The Chicken Kabab was delicious, juicy, packed with flavor, and just so tender. This was also liked by my baby so that tells it wasn’t spicy but flavorful. The Beef Kabab was tender, juicy, so was the beef boti with fat. Oh I didn’t mention, the platters came with rice, and the RICE was absolutely delicious! It was so good you don’t need anything else to pair it with.
