This is exactly the kind of small, family owned Mexican restaurant you hope to find. Real Mexican food, not Tex-Mex, made with care and flavor that feels homemade. We started with agua de jamaica, and wow. Easily one of the best I’ve had. Not overly sweet, perfectly tart, and incredibly refreshing. My husband ordered the green chilaquiles with skirt steak, and the flavors were spot on. The salsa verde was vibrant and balanced, and the steak was tender and well-seasoned. I ordered the chicken enchiladas, and the sauce immediately stood out. It genuinely reminded me of the enchilada sauce I make at home. Such a cute place! The atmosphere feels barn style Mexican restaurant but with an upscale presentation of food. The salsa is hot (in temperature) and it makes all the difference when having tacos. They make all of their own tortillas in house, everything is very authentic 💕they even fry their own chicharrón! it’s such delicious food. The suizas are the best I’ve ever had, spicy creamy tomatillo sauce and their tripas and bistec are soft, tender, and perfectly seasoned. Tavos are stuffed to edge and only one tortillas not two like other places. A true bang for your buck! Their agua frescas are fresh and made with real limes, cucumbers and Jamaica leaves. 100/10 WILL BE RETURNING ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Yes! Found a gem!! This place opened in October and so glad I found it today! Everything was soooo good! Home made corn & flour tortillas. I had huevos rancheros, my husband had barbacoa & potato& egg tacos! Hot coffee!! Mult creamer options. 4 different hot sauce options. You can have black beans or pinto beans! We can wait to come back and try lunch or dinner!! Everything is made to order not pre-made!

New wonderful Mom & Pop hidden gem! We decided to try BabyFred's & Co Tacos & Tequila Mexican Cuisine for brunch today. Definitely did not disappoint! We started and shared a Tamale Veracuzano De Puerco (only available on weekends, Pollo also available and it still has a bone in it). A huge tamale with very flavorful pork, wrapped in a banana leaf. The masa was good but a little more on the wet side than our liking. We also got an order of Chips Y Queso La Banderas - corn tortillas, definitely fried in-house and awesome, the queso was topped with fresh jalapeño, tomatoes, and onions. I got the Huevos Divorciados / Divorced Eggs smothered with green salsa & red salsa. I chose over easy, and it came with your choice of refried pinto or black beans, or Charro and roasted potatoes with flour

This place is a hidden gem. Not only do you have a huge variety of options on menu, but it's also in both languages which is useful for those learning either english or spanish.The green chilaquiles are my favorite and I usually hate beans but the refried beans here are the best in the world!! The chef is literally a magician and makes all the dishes so yummy. The place is also very clean and welcoming and the staff is very attentive and nice. I highly recommend you give this place a try! :)
