This is a lovely coffee shop. Spencer, Roger, and Chris had top tier customer service. The playlist was relaxing and it’s such a chill spot to just relax and read. The strawberry mocha was delightful. I highly recommend. Update: So good I came back with my boyfriend to share this experience. This place is truly a gem! I will be back very soon.

If you really understand the wonderful nature of coffee, you want to come here. This place is a gem in the heart of Old Town Spring. This is not some commercialized coffee business. This is a place where they understand coffee throughout its entire process, from roasting to you drinking it. You can order an expertly created cappuccino, or buy a 2 or 5 lb bag of carefully roasted beans. The staff is truly amazing and they make this place a pleasure to visit. I am a huge fan.

Hands down, no argument, best coffee in Houston and frankly top list of the ones I’ve tried around the world. Their dynamic of switching their beans weekly is also a great add to what everyday cafes do! Small suggestion (which maybe they do it already?) would be to still have a standard throughout just in case someone doesn’t like that weeks roast. Wasn’t my case, every time I tried it, it was great. Will miss going there but look forwards to the next time I’m in town!! They do the classic flat white perfectly, and even handle vegetable milk very well. Also, genuinely, top notch service by every single person there.

Tucked in Old Spring, this corner coffee spot is a gem! They have amazing blends, perfect for any coffee lover. Andrew and the team are super helpful, guiding you to the best beans, whether for your home espresso or a cafe visit. It's a roastery, so prices are a bit higher, but the quality is top-notch. You'll find the rich, flavorful coffee is definitely worth the splurge. If you want great coffee and friendly service, this is your place.

This is the kind of coffee shop that understands you can’t rush a great cup of coffee. Every step of the process is done with care, and it shows in the flavor. Nothing feels rushed here, and that patience really brings out the best in the beans. You can also see how clean and well maintained everything is, from the brewing area to the rest of the shop. On top of that, they are very open about where their beans come from, which says a lot about their standards. It’s clear they respect the craft, and the coffee proves it.
