Mandarin Gourmet

We’ve been going to this Chinese food place for years. The reason is it’s higher quality that most other places around the food is quick to come out and the service is always great. They have a bathroom and it is accessible. The parking lot is huge and I’ve never seen it full so you have plenty of places to park you can enter through two roads. So it’s a quick In-N-Out. I’ve gotta say in all the years going there. I don’t think they’ve ever messed up my order although funny story back in the day when we went there years ago to eat inside which we used to do a lot I was cut off not from drinking alcohol but from drinking soda it’s a funny story that we still remember till this day. Got take out and was pleasantly surprised at how good everything was. Hot and soup was perfect (not too thick, not too soy saucey) and the family style tofu was on point. Will definitely start frequently as my go to Chinese spot.

Terrible, stingy restaurant stay away. When you walk in its like a library dead quiet no music and a bunch of old people. The food is cooked frozen food they heat up in 5 mins and they barely give you any meat with any of the dishes. Got chicken lo mein and it was mostly noodles. And the drinks have no trace of alcohol just straight Juice and ice. They must be trying to ration things there or something. Do not go.

We love the whole experience at Mandarin Gourmet! The food is delicious, the atmosphere is comfortable, clean, and classy, and the service is terrific! The appetizers are our favorites around—especially the crab rangoon, scallion pancakes, and chicken wings! Portions are generous, and drinks are great, too! This is our go-to Chinese restaurant!

Food had no flavor. Lobster sauce was watery and meat pieces minuscule. No taste at all. Egg lama in was also without flavor. Like eating oily spaghetti wit brown food color. Have been ordering Peking Ravioli for many, many years and all restaurants gave 8 pieces but not Mandarin Gourmet, we got 7 pieces. The ginger sauce came in a tiny container. Definitely not enough. Very disappointed. Spent a lot of money for a lousy meal. Don’t recommend this restaurant.
