Mamá Rosa's Latín and American Grill

I’ve gone twice to this location. Google maps shows they close at 6:30 and the sign on the locations door shows they close at 8 pm. Both times I walked in at 430pm, No customers and the lady gives the same excuse they are closing early as per the owner but she has already cleaned and closed down the kitchen to have it closed at 5. Please update your open times if possible, I wanted to support the business but I see you guys plainly don’t care. The young lady seems nice but I can tell since it’s not her business she’s not worried about the customers leaving.

Authentic and delicious food. Good prices and large servings. This is a must-try if you want authentic Ecuadorian cuisine. This definitely feels like a locals' hangout, and I felt out of place when I first arrived, but I'm glad I did.

I love this place because of authentic ecuadorian food. It's not easy to find places that remind me of my mom's cooking. Even my parents like it. The only problem is that there is a wait,since everything is cooked right then and there. Other than that I loved it.

Food was decent at best, old house and mi ranchito definitely are better options in the Stamford area. Wait times are unbearable, even a bacon egg and cheese will take you about 30 minutes before your served. Not to mention if you don't speak Spanish the chances of you actually getting served are nearly impossible since no one speaks any English.
