Magnolia Inn Bed & Breakfast

We just left the Magnolia Inn after our trip to Mount Dora and are so pleased we chose to stay there. Joe and Sandy were such gracious hosts and made us feel so welcomed and cared for. The rooms were well appointed and the beds were cozy. It was centrally located, allowing us to walk everywhere in town. Our favorite part was the delicious food and treats that Sandy makes all from scratch! My husband may or may not have cleared out the cookie plate. And the breakfast was pure delight! The scones, frittata, and Dutch baby were absolutely delicious! We will be absolutely be back! Thank you!

My husband and I loved our 2 night stay at the Magnolia Inn. We had high expectations from the reviews and this place exceeded them. Sandy and Joe were wonderful hosts. They were friendly and welcoming but also gave you privacy. I forgot toothpaste and they came to the rescue with a little travel pack! We enjoyed our breakfasts, especially the fact that there are both savory and sweet options each day. The rooms are wonderful, especially the comfortable sheets, robes, and slippers. The floorboards do creak, but that's to be expected with such an old building. We felt so comfortable and welcomed here. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!

My husband and I came down for a weekend getaway to celebrate our anniversary. I am so glad we chose Magnolia Inn B&B! Joe and Sandy were so warm and welcoming. We were able to choose breakfast options for the next morning at check in. We stayed in the Gatsby Room….it was lovely! Once we parked, we did not need to move our vehicle again, as EVERYTHING is within a 4-5 minute walking distance. We will definitely be back!

I'd highly recommend The Magnolia Inn B & B. Hosts Joe and Sandy were extremely friendly and helpful. They made us feel very welcome which enhanced the warm and comfortable atmosphere of the historic home. Our room and private bath were spacious, beautifully decorated, with lots of natural light created through a corner room with large windows. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of two main entries served in an inviting dining room. Add the wonderful location, just a short walk from charming Mount Dora's downtown, and you can't find a better accommodate in the area.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was comfortable and well appointed. The Inn is cozy and spacious. The breakfast was one of the best that we have had. Sandy and Joe take wonderful care of their guests. We highly recommend this Inn. It is close to everything going on in Mt Dora. We did not need to use our car. Its a beautiful place to stay.
