We went to the Bellevue location inside Asian Street Food court. Was expecting regular type chinese food but the Taiwanese combos was spectacular! So many ways to create your bentos. We got the two protein bentos. Also the beef noodle soup is a must. Every dish here was so delicious. Highly recommend checking this place out. A true gem inside the food court

Came here for the beef noodle cravings and it was satisfied. The broth was very rich, the meat and add ons were perfectly cooked, and the noodles and veggies helped balance the meal. Make sure to listen for your order during busy times, I think the automated numbering system is not in English.

I got their popcorn chicken and I can honestly say I haven’t had one this good for a very long time, it was so tender and juicy inside and crispy out. I also got their pork chop and pork hocks and the tendernism is real. I’m so lucky to have this food truck near my place :)

I stumbled upon this truck earlier today and ordered a few dishes: Pork Hock with Pickled Bamboo Shoots, Taiwanese Mapo Tofu (milder than the Sichuan variety), and an egg-and-tomato dish. All were good, but the egg and tomato was my favorite — I was in the mood for something lighter, and it hit the spot. The owner was super nice and helped guide me through the menu. As for atmosphere, it felt genuinely authentic. English seemed like an afterthought, which, to me, only added to its bona fides. I’m looking forward to going back.

I had an opportunity to try their food at a back to school event. I have to say their food is amazing. I tried a few of their popular dishes: crispy fried chicken leg quarter, spicy pepper chicken, pork hocks and bamboo, fried pork chop. My two favorite are chicken leg, the meat is so tender and juicy, also very well seasoned. Also spicy pepper chicken, the sauce is so good simply because I like spicy. The owners are so friendly and nice. That makes the food taste even better. After talking to them, now I know I can find them in SLU for lunch during weekdays.
