They set the perfect tone for the meal. The sushi itself was very solid, especially the uni and tuna which were some of the freshest we have had. We do not usually eat oysters or fish liver but both were prepared so well that there was no off or fishy taste at all and they ended up being highlights. By the end of the meal we were completely satisfied and very full. The service throughout the night was warm and attentive with the team constantly checking in on guests and engaging in genuine conversation. We decided to visit Ltd sushi, as we enjoyed the small sushi shop experience in Japan and New York. The experience is typically evolving about the interaction with the master chef and experience of almost custom catering. There is only set menu for the evening, about 10 courses, so no choice. The positive: the dishes were presented beautifully, offering a variety of seafood and preparation styles. To our enjoyment, there was an educational aspect and our server, Ms. Kondo was very good. The restaurant seats only 16 people at the time, for two sessions a day, I believe they offer reservations at the end of each month for the following month, or you can put yourself on wait list. Wonderful omakase experience! We decided to try something other than Kashiba in Seattle, and it was a hit. Our server, Kia, was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. She took time to explain each course, and the origin of Ltd. The food was excellent, the to was the best quality, uni was from Hokkaido and extremely fresh and sweet. We had high expectations, and Ltd did not disappoint. We'll come back to this place again

We visited Ltd. Edition Sushi on 01/13/26 for the winter menu and were truly impressed from start to finish. Every course was beautifully presented, and the flavors were perfectly balanced, highlighting the quality of each ingredient. You could truly taste the care and precision in every bite. The service was warm, polished, and attentive throughout the evening. We left feeling completely satisfied and genuinely impressed. It was one of the best dining experiences we’ve had, and we can’t wait to return for the next seasonal menu.

Ltd Edition sushi has been on our list, and we thought no better reason than to celebrate our 4-year anniversary. Upon hearing this, chef immediately comped our glass of champagne. Chef made us, and every person at the bar feel as though we were the only people in the restaurant. If you’re between a table and the bar, choose the bar every time. We were the only non-regulars, and you will become a regular after this meal. Every course was fresh, intense, delicate, nurturing, and challenging at the same time. This is a meal I will think about until I die. The intimacy is worth the price and the coaching throughout the meal is one of a kind. We went for the fall, and will come back for every season.
