Low Tide Steakhouse & SandBar

The atmosphere and the music were spot on. Relaxed low key vibes which was nice. Our waitress (Paige) was super kind. She checked up on us and did a great job at refilling drinks. The points were lost because of the food. It was not good in my opinion. The fries were glued together. The Brussels sprouts were soggy. The filet mignon was chewy. Just overall really cheap food for high prices. The service was awesome and the atmosphere is great but the food really left a bad taste in our mouth for lack of better words. Maybe there's better stuff on the menu?? Not sure but I don't know if we will be back.

We love this place for date night! The salad bar is always so fresh and is always a highlight for us. Best steaks in the area. Be sure to ask for a booth as table seats are not comfortable...you know those chairs but everything is amazing!

What a great place to breakfast before leaving Topsail. The restaurant staff was welcoming and knowledgeable about the menu. And the menu had a vast array of foods beyond breakfast, which was one reason we chose this place. We have some folks who don’t eat typical breakfast fare. The salad bar was a big, big hit for our crowd. And I thought the prices were reasonable. The food was a tad slow coming out, which didn’t matter to us. But I can see it might matter to some folks. So from traditional breakfast to burgers to seafood, we were properly impressed enough to make a return visit soon.

Hadn’t been to Low Tide since my fall trip to the island, and it was just as good as I remembered! The steak was cooked perfectly to order (as always), and the baked potato was fresh and delicious. They’ve replaced the Texas toast with a fantastic yeast roll — such a great upgrade. The salad bar was fresh, well-stocked, and had plenty of great options. Our server was friendly, the food came out quickly, and there was no wait. Always a consistently great experience!

Food was quite pricey, Ribeye was delicious. I got the petite ribeye for $17.99, my sister had the 8oz ribeye for $22.99. Each was served with one side and a dinner roll.The Brussel sprouts were very good. Most of the other beef choices were $35 and up in price. The salad bar was ok. The chairs and bar stools are very uncomfortable! Need better seating!
