Los Mariachis Mexican Restaurant

The adventure of hunting for great food in unusual places is an art. Diving through reviews of past diners, comparing notes from Yelp and Google and looking a menu pictures - you'd think we were researching a science project. However on occasion you have to take the risk, make split second decisions and all you have is a map and a place and a number and then you win the lottery and discover a place like Los Mariachis in a town called Glenpool which we had never known about until we passed right through it. We had almost resigned ourselves to a chain like Chick-Fil-A given the general scenery around Glenpool as we set off on a drive from Tulsa with a hunger only outdone by the cold outside. The whitest carna asada i think I have ever had. The skirt was burnt The sides bland. And honestly it was dry. I had to use the table salsa just to try and eat it. Honestly I'm sure the restaurant can improve but the is 130 on a Saturday and I'm just not happy.

This is our new favorite Mexican restaurant in the area! Service is always good, and the food is amazing. We have gotten multiple items there and it is always excellent. Their Nachos Deluxe is so good (and I'm picky when it comes to nachos!) and feeds a lot of people. My husband swears their chimichangas are the best he has ever had. And the frozen magaritas - wow! The prices are really good too, so it's just a win-win night when we go there for dinner!

This is the real deal! Excellent, huge portions. Awesome service - they really hustle and are attentive. Best and freshest guacamole I think we've had. They make their corn tortillas (at least) fresh on-site. The interior is much larger inside than it looks to be from the outside. Spacious table layout. High, open ceiling. Nice patio.

This is me and my wife’s favorite restaurant! Food is always consistent and amazing every time. Service is always excellent. If you are a bodybuilder or work out and want a good post-workout meal, you are guaranteed a good amount of protein with just about any meal. Great for leg day!
