After months of diligent research and taco tastings, I can confidently say that I’ve discovered the holy grail of tacos in the RTP area: Los Borrachos. A food truck tucked away in a humble corner, but don’t let the unassuming exterior fool you. This is, hands down, the best taco truck I’ve ever visited. The menu is expansive, offering a variety of options that showcase a true commitment to authenticity. You can feel the care and passion that went into curating this menu from a mile away. I love Los Borrachos so much. I go here for lunch when I have money to spare and anything I get is always so fresh and so delicious and the owners are some of the loveliest people around. I highly recommend!

Do not sleep on this place if you're waiting on an oil change and need to walk for lunch. Lady was a pleasure to speak with, and the chicken burrito was filling and delicious. I'll be back for sure.

Best mexican food I've ever had. 10/10 recommend. Ingredients taste fresh and the lady working there is very nice.
