Similar experience at the Public works office. Friendly staff and willing to help and it took less than five minutes to take care of the business.

I called the village regarding my water pipes. The lady who answered the phone was very professional and said someone would get back to me. Tony called me. I explained my dilemm, he listened to my concerns and said he would get back to me. He promptly called me back and said that he would have some one come out. Frank came out, reviewed the situation and gave me honest answers and helped me resolve them to the best of his ability. I felt very good about the outcome. It was nice to have them respond so quickly especially on this day since it is a holiday. Made this lifelong Lombardian one very satisfied customer 👌

Lombard Public works helped us out in a huge way less than a week after we moved in to a new home. They were extremely helpful and we are forever grateful! Not to mention they went above and beyond to educate us on what we should do in the future to avoid issues.
