Lava Instant Thai

It's like panda express but with Thai food. I wasn't expecting much for fast food Thai but I loved it. I tried the green curry chicken, basil chicken, Thai fried rice and a shrimp dish. All were really good. I'm definitely going to go back.

The menu is creative yet approachable, with customizable boxes like the Magma (1 base + 1 entrée), Lava (1 base + 2 entrées), and Crater (1 base + 3 entrées) that let you mix and match your favorite Thai classics. I loved getting to choose from options like Green Curry Chicken, Pad See Eiw, and Basil Ground Chicken, all of which were flavorful, fresh, and cooked to perfection. We had a LAVA (2 entrees and 1 base), picked Pad Thai, Thai fried rice, grilled beef, and chicken green curry. All of the food was very fresh and tasty and it made both my wife and myself very full. Since we went there during the local restaurant week, they gave us a free Thai ice coffee. When we went, they have been open only for 3 weeks so not many people were there. I hope more and more people come eat at this place so they can survive and we can continue to enjoy eating here for a long time!

The Thai Iced Tea alone is worth the trip. Noodles & green curry. It's beyond heavenly <3

Amazing food! Delicious Pad Thai, Pad see ew, and Basil Chicken! The lady running it was very kind and helped guide us through the menu. 100% recommend trying this place and we will definitely be returning.
