Billy Bricks was amazing to work with for our wedding from start to finish! Our tasting was so easy to schedule and they allowed us to try anything and everything we wanted to make sure we were getting the perfect menu! The staff was amazing and Craig helped us through every step of the way and was so responsive. The day of the wedding, the staff who was there made the day absolutely flawless. They started by placing appetizers that we weren't able to grab during cocktail hour right at our seats so my husband and I did not miss a thing. They had the buffet line moving flawlessly and the food was such a big hit! So if you're having an event, why not have a great pizza truck with a with a see-through side to turn pizza-making into a live show?! Plus, the pizza is SO good. Pepperoni and banana peppers? I recommend you try! Personal pan brick oven pizza is the way to go for your event!

If you're looking for an amazing food truck experience, we highly reccommend Billy Bricks. We have hired them out twice so far in the past couple months for 2 separate groundbreaking ceremonies that saw about 30-40 people each. We hired the glass truck with portable brick oven and they had no issue catering well baked and delicious pizza to all in our parties. Not only did the truck look great and draw attention but we also only heard rave reviews from guests. If you’re looking for a fun, delicious, and efficient way to cater any event, choose Billy Bricks on Wheels. They did our son’s wedding, and people are still talking how awesome, great tasting and not your typical wedding fare, the whole setup was. We worked with Craig prior and he had Jen with him for the reception. Along with two others, together they got our whole gathering fed and happy. They put all and any leftovers together for us, packed up and headed out. It was seamless. Craig was so kind, accommodating and flexible. Billy Bricks on Wheels catered our wedding and it was INCREDIBLE!!! Every single thing was delicious and our guests were raving and most importantly were full at our wedding!! Everything exceeded our expectations! The food was fantastic as we expected from doing our super fun tasting! We had passed apps, a huge grazing table, spring goat salad, three specialty pizza options, three classic, creamy pesto pasta, Italian beef and sausage combos, and for dessert an ice cream bar with toppings and cones galore!
