Little Caesars Pizza

Placed order on the app, it was accepted. Went to pick it up and there was practically nobody in the store. The cashier saw me and ignored me. Both workers stayed in the back on their phones. When I finally got to speak with the cashier after almost 10 minutes I asked about the order I placed almost 40 minutes previously. After looking it up the order they stated they could not do the order since they didnt have cheese or sauce. Why does the staff not cancel orders if they dont have the ingredients??? If they had cancelled the order I wouldn't have gone to the store and wasted their time as well as mine. I understand this is a busy store, I truly do. However, they were not busy at the time. They could have cancelled the order and all of this could have been avoided.

It takes at LEAST an hour to two hours to even get your order. The app eta is never even remotely close to the actual time the order will be ready. Staff couldn’t care less, the worst customer service. Not sure how this store is still in business.

Teenagers in there playing with employees ordered a extra most bestest with crazy crust got home to regular pizza that I paid twice the amount for it and I left a tip doesn’t help that it’s mostly crust aswell

The worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant or any kind. The staff are ignorant, ambivalent, sloth-like, and pathetic. My order was ready for 20 minutes or more and they didn't tell me. Lobby was full of people waiting. Staff in the back were spending more time talking than working and everyone moved at the pace of a snail in molasses in January. The owner of this franchise needs to go take care of his operations. Terrible. Food was cold when I got it.

1 hour and 30 minute wait for a hot n ready. Not the staffs fault. but whoever owns this franchise, hire more people. They don’t get paid much so hire a few more people so customers can actually get their pizzas.
