Little Caesars Pizza

We had been coming to this Little Caesars for a couple years. We had always got a good pizza and friendly service, however that was not the case tonight, 12/29/2025. Called in the order for a 3 meat treat, thin crust. Had to wait at window for ever when we went to pay the cost was more than we expected. Normally the 3 meat treat was 11.99 with and upgrade for thin crust. The sign outside said 11.99. When we ask about the price the person waiting on us said the thin crust 3 meat was 12.99 and the Pepsi was 3 dollars. Our total came to $19 and change when we got the receipt we reviewed it and learned we were charged 14.99 for the pizza. When we ask her about it she said she had looked at the price wrong. This was the worst $15 I have ever spent for food. I ordered the crazy puffs and Italian cheesy bread. The lady cashier took my order and had absolutely no clue as to what she was doing. Every time I asked her about something she giggled and said “umm, I don’t know” like why are you working there and clueless. She took the order and I asked for extra cheese and extra seasoning on both. She stood at the register along with another customer and a manager of all people….and still couldn’t figure out how to add extra cheese. It had to be a fourth person called. I ad to pull up for my order because it was suppose to be hot and fresh. I have included pictures of the dry and non seasoned food. Update: today I tried the Detroit deep dish pepperoni pizza and it was fabulous! Arrived to me piping hot, the sauce is delicious, cheese is melting off the pizza everywhere, the crust was crunchy on the outside and chewy on the middle, I recommend this pizza!! Wow! This is a large 3 topping pizza for 8 bucks! I could eat only one slice!! Covered in toppings and plenty of cheese, very impressed! First time ordering.

Usually very happy with this company and location! But this week I ordered an extra most bestest pepperoni pizza... usually it's crust to crust pepperoni. Not this time and the edge crust was very thick and wide... I'm talking almost an inch all the way around! You can see it in the picture. Very disappointed! BTW... have tried the wings, never again!! Way too small for the money!

Christopher was very friendly, helpful, attentive, courteous, and very professional! Our pizza was fresh, hot, and very tasty! It was promised and ready in a timely manner. Thank you so much Christopher and Little Caesars for a great late night dinner! Great Job!!!!!
