Little Caesars Pizza

My bf and I ordered through the app during prime dinner time, SUPER QUICK service. By time I got there (15min drive) both of our orders were ready, and HOT. My lap was on fire. I got the new Fantastic 4 pizza, Italian cheese bread, and 4 cheese stuffers. Maybe it’s because I haven’t had pizza in forever, but man… it was amazing. The car smelled SO good, like jalapeno-bacon-cheesy-Italian smells coming from those boxes😭 I couldn’t wait til I got home!! I did though:( no eating in the car😒 The staff were extremely helpful too! They went above and beyond.

I ordered my usual order on door dash and when it got here, it was missing half the items I ordered. I told the driver before he left and even showed him the receipt and he told me there was nothing he could do as lazy door dash drivers tend to do, and that I had to contact door dash. Door dash told me there was nothing they could do other than refund me HALF of what the missing items cost, not including tax or fees. Very stingy if you ask me. So I decided to contact the Lil Caesars that the food came from to see if they could AT LEAST just send the food. I'm on a TIGHT budget, and I'm facing eviction. Came in at 3:50 to get 4 items and was told it would be less than 20 minutes wait. I did not receive my order until 4:49pm a whole hour I waited for FOUR ITEMS They didn’t even give me the marinara and had the audacity to ask if I even wanted it. Told them I was pretty dissatisfied and they told me “take it online” So here we are. Never coming here again the other one in town takes half the time Would’ve been nice to get a free drink at least

Reliably Raw. Service is usually great. The place is popular and the food is tasty but in my experience the deep dish pizzas are consistently raw. I always wind up baking the deep dish pizzas I buy at 450 for an additional 10-15 minutes.

Impossible to talk to someone on the phone. They make you use the app to order. Then the app says my email is invalid and won’t let me order. Finally connect to a person to place an order. I get a hit and ready pizza. I arrive 10 minutes later and my pizza is neither hot nor ready. Another 35 minutes (45 total) and I finally get my pizza. What’s the point of ordering ahead or having ready pizza if it isn’t ready.
