Lindt Chocolate Shop

Love this chocolate shop at the outlet Mall. Have been to this place many times and always had great service and love their chocolate milkshake, my favorite is mango white chocolate drink. They have all kinds of Lindt chocolate products and gift items but I am only going there for the drinks.

I absolutely love the Lindt Wrentham Outlet! Every visit is a wonderful experience, and this store truly stands out because of its people. Susan is absolutely amazing—her customer service goes above and beyond. She is warm, attentive, and genuinely cares about making every customer feel welcome and valued. You can tell she takes pride in what she does, and it makes such a difference. The store manager, Mike, is equally fantastic. He runs the store with professionalism and positivity, and it shows in the overall atmosphere. The entire team is friendly, knowledgeable, and a joy to interact with. Found this shop by accident last yr & now anytime we are in the area we stop by to get the hot chocolate. It's amazing! The employees are always nice as well.

A male employee with glasses and curly blond hair consistently greeted white customers and offered them free samples, but ignored customers of other races. I personally experienced being ignored while watching others receive friendly service and samples. This behavior felt discriminatory and unprofessional. It should never happen in any business. Management needs to address this issue immediately.
