Proctor Mansion Inn

Just had a lovely stay at the Proctor Mansion Inn. The innkeeper, Dari, was friendly, welcoming & made a mean breakfast. My room was terrific: comfortable bed, awesome jetted bathtub & fast WiFi (the homemade cookies were a nice touch!). I loved the location & enjoyed walking around the cute downtown area. I highly recommend!

Afternoon tea at the Proctor house was a delight. The house was built in 1861. A couple bought and renovated it. It still maintains its Victorian character. Tea consisted of 4 courses with a tea to complement each. Everything was delicious! I highly recommend visiting the Proctor Inn for one of their events. Make sure you take the tour!

I learned about The Proctor Mansion in December 2023 after attending a screening of The Spirit of Christmas which was filmed there. PS If you haven’t seen the movie you are missing out. We decided to gift an overnight stay to our family friends for a girls weekend. It was a wonderful stay from start to finish. Derry was a great host and Katharine served a delicious breakfast in the morning. It was so fun to stay in the Peach room where many of the film scenes took place. Can’t wait to go back.

We had the absolute best stay at the Proctor Mansion Inn. The beautiful place is rich with history and Ms. Jerry was a wonderful hostess! We would highly recommend this jewel. Don’t let this one pass you by if you are in the area.

This is a classic bed & breakfast, beautifully maintained and absolutely clean as a whistle. The personal attention by Derry the innkeeper was totally pampering. We enjoyed every minute. It was also a thrill walking the town's streets with its amazing historic houses. Some of the residents were so gracious and told us about the town's exciting past.
