Lighthouse Roasters Fine Coffees and Tea

A gem of a local coffee shop. Really embodies that "third space" type of atmosphere. The baked goods always look appealing and the espresso drinks are high quality. I do find that all of their roasts tend to be on the darker side, as I prefer a lighter roasted coffee, but that is personal preference. If you like a medium to dark roast cup of coffee or gravitate towards espresso based drinks, this is your place.

The hot and ice chai tea drinks were mild. They almost tasted a bit watered down. I was a little disappointed.

Really cool neighborhood roaster. A lot of good roasts and really solid espresso. Wife had the chai and said it was extra spicy. All around great spot.

This Coffee Roasters offers a good experience. The coffee is good, and I enjoyed the raspberry bar from their pastry selection - it was fresh and flavorful. The staff was friendly, though the level of attentiveness seemed to vary depending on the customer. The space itself is inviting, with both indoor and outdoor seating options. It's worth noting there's no Wi-Fi, which may be a downside for those looking to work remotely but upside for some real human connections. During my visit, the roasting machines weren't in use, so I missed out on seeing the roasting process in action. They have ton of inventory of merchandise, from apparel and mugs to coffee grinders - great for gift shopping or coffee enthusiasts looking to gear up. Visited with a friend, who lives nearby and she comes here often. Delicious latte and quite fast for how busy they were. Definitely a cool place to get a great coffee.
