some members of staff should be trained on their customer service skills. my daughter is autistic and every time she goes we get poor attitudes and rude looks and comments because of her interests and differences. it's rude and irritating and makes me not even want to be around the area. The ice cream is always great and has enough diversity everyone is happy but the treatment for anyone disabled or different is poor at best. There's no understanding or even a hint of kindness and it's people like the staff that work here that make me fear for my daughters future and any future that she may have without me in it.

We went on Sunday evening, it was quite crowded, but the kids working were keeping it moving. The options were great, I love that they have non dairy options for my oldest son. The prices were great. The seating was extremely limited due to the crowds and people were camped out around the parking lot which was hard. Was our first time since they have been open to try it and we will be back.

Nice for small town. Simple selections . Not fancy. Very busy most warm evenings. Only outdoor seating available.

Very disappointed.. They asked for a tip and weren't that friendly. She acted like I should know the whole menu, and it was my first time and only time this year! They cannot compare to DQ by anything. Their copycat blizzards lack flavor . Didn't taste like vanilla ice-cream at all and very little butterfinger in it or taste! Get with it, you lost my business . Bedford lost out, closing the DQ!

Rather have Dairy Queen ice cream and also the new ice cream place Liberty Creamery is not the greatest ice cream it's not very tasteful as Dairy Queen and I will say Dairy Queen is best ice cream on Earth
