Do not go here! The new owners are RUDE with attitude on phone! Called for an order to place the day beforehand re xmas eve and got attitude! So call Lobster House and was told no problem! Land & Sea get ride of the attitude! Zero Stars!!!!!

Walked in to buy fresh seafood at 9:30am. (They open at 9am). The showcase had nothing in it. I asked them where all the fish was and they said they hadn't filled the case yet! I walked out. You've been open for 30 mins and the showcase isn't even set up yet?? If your business isn't fully prepared for customers during business hours I highly doubt the quality of seafood or customer service is any better.

Second time here. Ordered some seafood to go for two peoples. The guy in the Kitchen changed me $150. The others are fine, price on the wall. but two lobster roll changed me $60. You know, take out food, six dishes. Honestly, not worth.

The crabmeat sandwich from lunch special was amazing and the fries were crispy and flavorful. Employee that helped us was so nice and directed us to the outside seating behind the store which was covered with beautiful plants.
