Northside Deli

Where do I start - when I was a kid in Florida, there was a place called Mr. Z’s Italian Deli and they made the best subs. I’ve been looking for a similar one for the last 40 years to no avail, until today! My wife grew up here on Long Island and Northside Deli in Mt. Sinai just made me the perfect sub I’ve been looking for years! It reminded me of when I was young, when quality meant something! The bread was cooked to perfection, plenty of meat and service with a smile! What a great place! I highly recommend coming here daily!!! Thank you!!

I will never order from here after this experience I had this afternoon!!! To be told by a guy there “oh things like that happens” is unacceptable instead of apologizing and refunding the drug rep who placed and paid for the order!!! Very unprofessional and rude to even say something like that and to make it sound like it happens frequently is wild. So if I choked or swallowed this bone it would be okay? That’s very concerning don’t you think!!!!!

Lady was nice, but i ordered a honey mustard chicken cutlet wrap with some normal things in it, and youd think a chicken cutlet wrap with honey mustard would be a cold wrap. It was hot and it tasted like they put dijon mustard instead. At almost $17 for a wrap that doesnt come with a pickle or some slaw, take your hunger to Se-port deli. Service was good though just super underwhelmed and disappointed in the wrap when i was craving something with honey mustard

Ive been to many many deli’s on Long Island as I’m a deli connoisseur. By far this is the best deli on the island . Old school good quality food/ sandwiches

Best deli in town by far ! Customer service is always amazing. The chicken sandwiches are absolutely delicious. Ice tea is very good. Northside deli> seaport any day
