Hokkaido Asian Fusion

On vacation and came here for family dinner last night. It did not disappoint! We ordered so much that I can't remember it all, but I know we did the scallion pancake appetizer. They tasted great and the sauce was good, just a tad too greasy for my taste. For the table we also had the Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice (which I didn't try because I don't like mayo or Tuna), but the table LOVED! For entrees, I did the Dancing Eel Roll (eel, avocado, and shrimp tempura) and it was INCREDIBLE! No lie, I'm not a huge eel fan, and I couldn't get enough. A few people ordered the California Roll, the Valentine roll, etc and my husband did the Curry Massaman. Our drinks of choice were the sangria and lychee martinis. Second year in a row celebrating Mother’s Day here, and it never disappoints! The food was excellent, as always, and their homemade green tea crepe cake was to die for—so light and flavorful. The staffs were warm and attentive.
