La michoacana homemade ice cream & snacks

I absolutely adored the vibe of this colorful Hispanic treat shop. We stopped by for a couple scoops of ice cream, because Oxford/Anniston doesn't have a good selection of ice cream shops nearby. I was surprised by the variety of ice creams that they serve for a decent price. It's definitely a hidden gem and you should do yourself a favor and come try it out. We can't wait to come back to try the other things on their menu.

Will give it 4 stars for the young man that made our food and had great customer service but who ever the other young lady was in a white suv that just came in with her young son who had a nasty attitude I’m guessing she’s the owner but she looked me and my daughter up and down mind you we spent $ 55 there. She had a ugly attitude and didn’t even say hey or welcome us to her shop first and last time I will be there. If you have a business learn how to use great customer service

If I could give this place zero stars I absolutely would. The cup was decent but me and my girlfriend went and got two cups and was charged dmn near 40 dollars. absolutely ridiculous, there is no pricing on anything on the menu there, and the lady told us to go ahead and start eating the cups before we had paid, almost like she was trying to make it so i couldnt get a refund for the absolutely ridiculous price. wouldn't recommend, I dont appreciate how they handle business and I will never be going back

If I could give them ZERO STARS I would. I would go there like 2 or 3 times a week. Great milk shakes. There super expensive. $9.35. For a large milk shakes. But last week they charged me $74.35 for 1 milk shake. When I called and was given a different number of the owner to call, I talked to them.. had to wait a few days. Then the lady told me how she couldn’t refund my money, and could never even see that I had ever made a purchase there… so obviously this place does sketchy buisness. Like I’ve been there almost probably 60+ times lol. Needless to say I will NEVER GO BACK.

When I came I got the strawberry Dubai chocolate cup. I had to wait a bit, but the wait was totally worth it! The staff are very kind and very meticulous when making the orders. Even though what I ordered was a bit pricy I would still come again!
