My wife and I traveled to Seattle to get the tour and put our hands on what we hope will be our last and best espresso machine. It's an investment and well worth the five-hour drive. We drew James as our tour guide and coffee sommelier. He was beyond great. Anyone bagging on the customer service at La Marzocco is, in all likelihood, just one of those unhappy people that look for things to keep them that way.

My experience with this company is very negative. I spent about eight thousand dollars on an espresso machine and grinder. The customer service Before and after buying was completely different. No one cared after we opened the box and tried the malfunctioning machine. My advice, buy another brand or regret losing eight thousand dollars. If you can look at tge machine while it is still in the original box and tell how it will work, then go ahead and buy La Marzocco. If not go with another brand. Trust me. If I can give less than one star. I would. Unbelievable

I had a mixed experience with my order for a Linea Micra plus three accessories for it. Only the machine arrived - no accessories included. My emails and voicemail to James from Customer Support about this were ignored. I was never even able to speak with him about the issue despite having a great dialogue about things before placing my order through him initially. I eventually got a hold of someone else on the phone, Chris, who immediately investigated the issue that day, confirmed that a mistake was made in not getting the missing accessories shipped with my order, and got everything shipped out with tracking the following day. His efforts and ownership of the mistake salvaged the experience for me which is how I landed on three stars.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with La Marzocco Home USA, and especially with James S. from their team. From the very beginning, James was incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in making sure I had a great experience. He took the time to walk me through my order over the phone, patiently answered all my questions, and made the process feel seamless and personal. Buying a La Marzocco machine is a big decision, and I couldn’t be happier that I chose to go directly through them. Poor customer service. Most especially Brian Smith in solutions department. Very rude and unprofessional and offered no assistance whatsoever. Would not recommend you spend your money with this company, they do not care about service after the sale and look for any excuse to not be liable for warranty work.
