Ordered food to go. Prices are not what they are on the menu. As we were paying the waitress gave us check and it was way more than what it was suppose to be. Checked the menu and it was not matching. Told the waitress and she said that the prices are changing. Ok! So we tried online and the prices have not changed. Told the waitress again and she said oh I don't know what to tell you. The fact the the prices went up is not the problem it's the principle. The waitress was clueless and said she would contact owner and never did. When told she said "I did, I am waiting for his call". Lies because I was watching her and she did not attempt to anyone. People, just watch your bill! Photos are of the empanadas. They were $3 and was charged $4.99 each. But menu said order of 3 for $9. SMH
Our server had very little knowledge about the menu and she wasnt very interesting in helping us out to understand some of the items. Seems like she was bother by every question or request we had. Most of the menu items either were not available or they were out. (Baleadas) She also got our order wrong and the pricing on the menu was higher from the pricing we had to pay at the end.
extremely good food! Particularly good empanadas and beef soup. Nice for the winter storm here. Nice people. And reasonable prices. Def will return and try the other fries food or seafood. Very nice place!
Great place to have food. The service was great. My wife and I enjoyed everything. Muy recommended!
I ordered mimifongo pernil (stuffed tostones), oxtail stew with white rice and blacks, and Mango juice! 10/10 food and environment! The decor made me feel like I was in a restaurant in the DR. Man, the food was hot and so tasty! Tender meat well made rice and beans. All the flavors came together very well. I plan to be back at least once a month to try something different each time. Also, it is a very reasonable price for the portions. Absolutely delicious food. I highly recommend it. The staff speaks Spanish, but I was able to order comfortably with my limited ability.
