If you’re a coffee enthusiast, this is the perfect place! I bought a few bags of beans here and can’t wait to try them out. The store is unique, featuring beans made in-house and primarily designed for to-go orders. It’s easy to find, especially with helpful signs indicating where to turn. There’s also a spacious parking lot, so you don’t have to worry about finding a spot. The staff is very kind and helpful. I had such a great time that I will definitely be coming back when I’m in town again!

Max hosted the most thoughtful, hilarious, informative, engaging, and interactive tour for our group. We learned and laughed. We sniffed and tasted. And we drank some damnnnnn good coffee. We will be back! Thanks so much for an incredible experience!

I wish that I could say that I've traveled to Seattle to have a cup freshly brewed there, but I have not. However, the the Mama Bear half-caff coffee that I ordered from their website is absolutely delicious! The freshest tasting most delicious blend of half calf that I've ever had. I really appreciate it because I didn't want to cut coffee completely out of my diet but the caffeine definitely needed to be dialed back a bit. This way I'm able to comfortably enjoy two cups with or without cream it is an indulgent treat did I truly appreciate after a very busy morning. I highly recommend this blend and any others that they have on offer. The staff is very friendly they helped me to figure out what brew style would work best for my coffee blend and so far it's worked out just fine.

Decided to check the shop out during my short trip. The store is tucked away in an industrial complex and you could tell they roasted everything in house. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable, offered me a sample when I was unsure. The beans are super fresh and taste great. Highly recommended if you love coffee!

I typically order my coffee from a local Bellingham coffee roaster. We were told about Kuma by friends who live in Seattle. I had a small issue placing an order and the owner was very responsive and went out of his way to ensure a smooth transaction. The coffee is some of the best I've had.
