Krispy Krunchy Chicken

The fried chicken is always good and the house curry has great flavor. Curry Fridays going in my calendar

The store is clean, bright, and welcoming. The service is great and the clerk is friendly. I get all of my gas here.

The chicken and fries probably were made not soon before we got in. They were fresh and hot. The biscuits...words almost fail me. They were so hard they were ineible. (Correction, the dogs were able to eat them.) I have had softer croutons. I've had softer day old KFC biscuits. Service was unremarkable. Atmosphere is a gas station. While I appreciate the reply from the business, they don't really say what they're doing to make it better. Those biscuits were a crime. Are they re-training staff? Working to better track how long items are left out? I understand Google likes it when you reply to reviews, but what are you doing to improve?

Very frustrating. I saw the word "Deli" on their sign, and walked in, and someone walked over to the restaurant side, and I said "Where's the deli?" and he pointed to the warmer displaying chicken and fries. Then I went over to the convenience store side, and asked "Where's the deli?" and he pointed to the chicken restaurant. And I said "A deli is where you can get sandwiches made to order." And he said, "No, just chicken." Okay, fine, whatever. Then I was going to get a snack, and every single item had a printed out little label, but there were no prices on anything. I mentioned the fact that every other convenience store has price labels. He then looked up the price on his phone, and the was $3.75 for a little bag of snack food. Only complaint is the drive thru menu sign was not working and had to go into the store. Chicken and service were great as always.
