Customer Reviews
So serene and lovely away from touristy stuff. Be sure to go all the way to the end to see the pools, native plant garden and place of reflection and story of Aunty Elizabeth at her memorial area!!!
Beautiful peaceful beach. Not crowded, partially white sandy beach area to swim in the cove area but bumpy drive in.
This is a hidden gem of a beach! We saw it from the ocean while going out on a ride to watch a few whales. It seemed next to a nice resort, so we got curious to go explore the place. It is a very quiet place and a beautiful place to watch the sunset. We saw some of the locals come to this place with their folding chair to enjoy the sunset. It is also a good place to surf. The sand is a little on the rougher side and it is not one of those nice powdery beaches, but you will have a nice time if you spend an hour here in the evenings.
With it's luxurious piles of fluffy, white sand, this beach is a beauty! What I liked best, was that on a Sunday, it had a couple thousand (literally) fewer people than nearby Pine Trees Beach. There was plenty of free parking and I almost had it to myself. Only 4 stars because swimming conditions are always poor here. But excellent for sun bathing and watching sunsets!
Really peaceful and not crowded. Great place to relax, and there are lots of little beaches nearby to check out. I saw some native birds too, which was cool. Only bad thing — the restroom is pretty awful. But overall, still a beautiful spot.
