Kitti's Place Restaurant

Do not come here unless you want to be yelled at by your server. The male server working brought me the wrong appetizer. My fiancée went in to ask them to switch it and the woman working said no problem. A couple minutes later, the male server came back out and raised his voice and very aggressively told me that I was lying and that I had ordered what he brought me. We tried to leave afterwards, but the woman brought the rest of our food out right away and I didn’t want it to be wasted. She was slightly apologetic and said she would take care of our table. A woman nearby heard the whole exchange and told me that male employee was always like that. I felt extremely uncomfortable and the woman working said the guy was just crazy, taking no responsibility for it other than just saying sorry.

If I could give Kitti’s Place a 6/5 stars I would! THE BEST THAI FOOD I HAVE EVER HAD! I live in San Francisco and drive to Sausalito just because I’m craving Kitti’s Place! I have been going to Kittis for as long as I can remember and they never miss. The staff treats customers like family. The food is indescribably delicious and the portion sizes are insane! I have never found thai food that can compare. No matter what you get; Pad kee mow, Tom Ka or a lettuce cup appetizer you will enjoy an explosion of flavor! The staff consistently go above and beyond to make something delicious and special when my mom (who has numerous allergies) comes to visit. Why would you go anywhere else for Thai food? Next time you are craving Thai in the Bay Area come to KITTIS PLACE!

My family and I have been coming to Kitties since my kids were in high school and they are all grown with children of their own now. This is a bay area gem, and serves the best food thai in the region. When my kids come into town we always try and go to Kitties it's the best and always the first place we recommend to anyone visiting.

Came here with a family of seven and they were able to seat us all comfortably on the outdoor patio! They even brought out food and water for our dog. Overall the food and service was great. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic and hearty food and wonderful service. Huge portion sizes. Love this place and would highly recommend
