Ordered on door dash I ordered original honey bbq wings instead just got wings. Biscuit was cold. Chicken sandwich was overcooked z I ordered a honey biscuit no honey It's like they didn't read my order at all. It's like they give poor service when it's delivery

South Euclid is on a roll! I place a future order for 10:45 pm on the app. I go through the driveway first thing i hear "doordash only!" I was like well I have an online order, the lady then asks "is it for doordash???" (Like why does it matter i already placed it). I explain no its not its an online order, she then tells me to pull through the front and someone would bring it to me. I wait for like 15 minutes there were 2 employees looking at my car crazy and I was sitting there confused so I pull up to the drive thru speaker again. I say hello and suddenly no one hears me anymore so I go back to the front and honked my horn to get their attention. DO NOT EAT HERE, DO NOT ORDER HERE. avoid this location at all costs, the staff is lazy and pays 0 attention to orders and will just throw whatever they feel like in your bucket of chicken. Which i should have expected because when I arrived the staff seemed almost inconvenienced by my presence.

They messed up my order. I got a spicy bowl which isn't supposed to have so much sauce it will dang near put your mouth in hell itself, but it was so much I can't even opened the container as it will leak everywhere as well it leak out the bag. I also ordered some potato poppers, they gave me mash potatoes instead like if I wanted that I would had order that and I did as I got the hells on earth spicy bowl. Tried to call them and I did, like 15 times in a row to tell them if I come by and have them remake it, but I guess their phone is on vacation as it rings but no one answers it. The only thing they got right was the Mac and cheese which is old btw. I'm upset if you can tell and don't come here.

My delivery order was rejected without any explanation. The order was made before 11 pm. When I called the store to ask what happened, the person who answered (a young male staff member) was extremely rude, used insulting language, and showed no willingness to help or resolve the issue at all. I was simply looking for a basic explanation, but instead received hostility and disrespect. This level of service is unacceptable for a major chain like KFC. Management should seriously address staff behavior and customer service training.
