Dec 6, 2025 12pm (lunch) The sweet young lady working the front counter is the ONLY reason I gave 3 stars, otherwise it would’ve been zero stars. She was the only person that was trying to do her job, it appeared. You could hear the guys in the back bickering and not putting out food (because it took forever to get any). At least the door was unlocked, which is more than I can say for Wendy’s across the street.

customer service is absolutely terrible. had this girl treat me and my fiancé like we were stupid and had an awful attitude towards us because heaven forbid we make her do her job i guess.

Always passing yesterday chicken for the next day. Any time the skin is very dark its yesterday chicken. Driven by greed, shame on you guys. Hope you stop pushing old greasy chicken.

This is the worst KFC I’ve ever been to. It would get 0 stars if it would allow for that. Took forever to get our food. Waited and waited as other customers after us got their orders. Some with problems as well. Finally got our food and it was undercooked and shouldn’t have been served. No adult management was visible during our 45 minutes we were in the building all young kids who seemed oblivious to our situation and other customers that were complaining. Do yourself a favor and stay in I-55 and pick another choice at another exit. This store should be shut down. It was that mismanaged. RIDICULOUS.

Stopped for lunch on a 17 hour drive while moving. Took 45 minutes for one Taco Bell meal. When I asked about my order at 30 minutes the cashier was very polite and helpful (Thank you!) Kitchen crew member seemed aggravated with having to do my order on the fly because they forgot it. 🤷🏻‍♂️
