I came there and I ordered an 8-piece bucket of chicken and a six piece chicken tenders I got home and opened the box and there was only four chicken tenders and a looks like chicken nugget now don't get me wrong but for 17 freaking dollars I should get what I ordered and paid for very unsatisfied

Took nearly 2hours just to place walk in order...drive thru shut down as I approached...Tuesday special and lack of employees is a great contributor of this fallacy. Severely understaffed...management was clearing out mobile orders while walk in customers stood for long periods of time..some walk in customers opted to place orders on-line-- ONLY then were they able to get prompt service for pickup....needs serious over-haul on customer service and better management of time when offering specials as ppl tend to take advantage of the sale days

***March 2023 Update*** Mobile ordering still my favorite method of getting KFC. Easy to use app and order is ready in 5 to 15 mi uses usually. All you then have to do is walk in and grab your bag of food. Pro-tip the door on the side with the drive-thru window is always open according to the employees so try there when picking up. Recently ordered the wraps. Much smaller than I thought but very good flavor wise. My kids ask for KFC weekly but we only usually get it 1x per month. What happened to KFC? The food was really tasty now more salty. The Colonel is dead. What happened to crispy chicken, I got chicken that looked like it was starving too be crispy. The employees were sitting on the biscuit oven playing on their phone. The teller was not involved in my order, he acted like (why an I there bothering him).

I frequent this KFC often and usually have no problems with my orders, but my last visit was very disappointing. I placed a mobile order about 30 minutes before arriving, expecting it to be ready. Instead, I was parked and had to wait almost another 30 minutes while every single other customer received their food before me. On top of that, my soda didn’t taste right (this happens every time the manager with the headscarf is there). Having to sit and wait that long with a desperate toddler in the car was incredibly frustrating. I usually enjoy this location, but this experience was unacceptable.
