This place is awesome! It was my first time here and Mo was so kind, patient and helpful with explaining the menu to me. The food was so good! They have so many good seasoned veggies for vegetarians. I especially loved the garlic potatoes and the spicy guac. I will definitely be back!! Thank you

09.19.2024 We just came into town today for a conference tomorrow nearby and wanted something healthy to eat. We found this spot via Google maps. I ordered a custom salad which was delicious! The young man cooked my salmon fresh and all of the ingredients used were so also fresh. Try this spot out if you need more nutritious food in your life.

I had a fantastic experience at Fusion Fresh, thanks to Taji! He was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive while serving my quesadilla. He made sure everything was just right and went the extra mile to ensure we had a great dining experience. His positive attitude and efficiency really stood out, making the meal even more enjoyable. Let’s be clear this is a gym that has a restaurant. The quality of the food was good but could be better. For the price, I guess it was reasonable. I had a bowl and a smoothie. Bowl was mostly good as stated above but the smoothie was way too runny, I would be surprised if any frozen ingredients were used. I think what killed the vibe the most was the staff. I came on a Tuesday evening and I’ve seen more personality from a carny. Dudes gaze was blank, as if the world was a dull and uninteresting movie playing in front of him. Smile, greet and please speak up.

Such a hidden gem, unless you are a member of fusion like me. Really hope the public starts to find this place and it continues to succeed. Delicious food and fantastic service. Always fresh and hot. So much better than any of the chipotle’s in the area, that have gone downhill tremendously. Many different options, inspired by different cultures. Can go Mexican, Mediterranean, American, etc. with your bowl. Highly recommend
