KFC

They are shameless thieves, I pay for a service and after paying they tell me that they don't have what I asked for, they don't want to replace my order nor do they want to return the money, the manager hid and doesn't want to replenish the money I paid $49 for a family order and they stole my money. They don't want to show a face and withdrew from the counter.

I honestly don’t leave reviews often, but this KFC location truly deserves one. The food was great, and the customer service was even better. I’ve been here twice, and both times the experience was nothing but positive. The staff is friendly, communicates well with each other, and works as a team, which really shows. My food was prepared quickly, and everything was fresh. It’s refreshing to see that there are still places that truly care about good customer service. I’ll definitely continue coming back to this location.

This is the worst fried chicken I've ever had. It was tasteless, and it was barely warm. The staff started arguing with each other right in front of costumers, which was very uncomfortable. Years ago, chicken here was very good but the quality has dropped significantly.

I’ve been going to this KFC for a while which I’ve gotten minimal to no complaints about. I was really tired and decided to order delivery which I was nervous about since it would be my first time especially through the KFC app. I recently ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, a biscuit and a large coleslaw. Everything was fine until I opened my coleslaw. I don’t know if this was supposed to be a filled or not but it was presented poorly. I understand if that was the portion ratio for the coleslaw but at least use a smaller container. It looked like the store didn’t have enough coleslaw and just made my large coleslaw last minute. Considering paying almost 8 dollars for this coleslaw I was disappointed. I could only imagine families ordering this coleslaw which is advertised to share.. I work in f

The order of 12-piece chicken had no breasts at all, and it was all thighs. The breading on the chicken didn’t stick, although I only live 3 minutes away from the restaurant. The fries taste awful as the old oil taste is what took over everything. When I called to complain about the 12 pieces being all thighs, no one picks up the phone.
