Dave's Hot Chicken

The food was decent, but it didn’t live up to what we were expecting from Dave’s Hot Chicken. As first timers, the spices felt a bit too overpowering and we were hoping for something more balanced. That being said, the customer service was outstanding. Everyone was kind, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. Here are my ratings: • Extra hot tenders 6/10 • Extra hot sliders 8/10 • Fries 10/10 • Mac n cheese 8/10

First, customer service is total 10/10! As a first timer coming to Dave’s Hot Chicken, I didn’t know what to expect. The customer service level is next level, I was greeted by “Joyce” who walked me through the menu and gave me some overview of their specials. The chicken has a unique taste that I didn’t like. Without any spices, it was still kind of spicy. The fries were great, and the fountain drink selection is superb. While my rating of one star maybe a harsh choice, the service and atmosphere were outstanding. Please feel free to stop on by and make the decision for yourself. Thanks!

I enjoy Dave’s Hot Chicken. Location is clean, bright and inviting. Staff is friendly, helpful and chill. I got the 18 pc today, never had it. It’s the saucy chicken. Flavors I got were: Mike’s Hot Honey, Spicy Buffalo and Spicy BBQ. The hot honey tasted abysmal, I didn’t like it whatsoever but since it’s part of my total order I covered it in sauce and ate it but I will never go for that again. Either change the recipe (suggestion) or remove it but everything else was tasty. I normally get other menu items but I generally recommend Dave’s

Dave's Hot Chicken is a must-try. The chicken is incredibly juicy, crispy, and packed with flavor🤤, even at the fiery "Hot" level. Combine that with perfectly seasoned fries and great service 💯 for a fantastic meal.
