The service, the atmosphere, all that was wonderful. The bartender made this margarita that was one of the best I have ever had. We got there close to closing time so unfortunatley we didnt really get to order probably what we would have bc they were no longer seating. What we did get was ok. Didnt quite care for the flavor of the crab cake basket, or the wings. The fries were ok. I would try again though.

Kat was great and the drinks, crab legs, muscles, shimp (huge btw) were delicious! Docking 2 stars because the food could have been warmer, and the crawfish, although looking appetizing, tasted like nothing. I'm from New Orleans where we suck the head off the crawfish. Bummed. Tasted like air.

Great atmosphere for a group dinner! We came here for a birthday and the energy was amazing. The staff was super attentive, making sure we had plenty of napkins and our drinks stayed full. We ordered a large Seafood Combo, and it was massive. We especially loved the Cajun Fries and dipping the garlic bread into the leftover boil sauce. Put on the bib, grab the crackers, and enjoy the experience. We’ll definitely be back!

I decided to make a “me time” stop at Hook & Reel after my son’s football game. I’m glad I chose to go when I did to encounter Amanda. She was my waitress and was very on point, attentive and respectful which is hard to come by these days. She was also my bartender as she stayed over for someone else (team player) My drink of choice was the “Witches Lagoon” Halloween festives🎃 the drink did what the drink NEEDED TO DO for my Saturday evening✨👏🏽. Overall GOOD customer service is hard to come by these days but Amanda showed me it’s still possible. Thank you Amanda for your courteous service🙏🏽. SN: I forgot to take a picture of my actual meal🤭. However those are Hush Puppies w/ melted butter and the “Witches Lagoon” drink. Neither disappointed!

Food was old. Came out fast but u can tell it was old. Didn’t have any flavor and I ordered the blend. My tab came up to over 65$ and they charged an extra 20$ for the lobster tail. Will not be coming back. They don’t have a good music selection either. This place just sucks and I won’t come bk
