People were real nice but I drove from Marshall to get extra crispy chicken. They asked if I minded waiting 5 minutes. Which was fine with me. That's what I ordered. I got home and it was original recipe which I don't like. Guess I'll check my order next time. Disappointed. After i finally decided to eat the chicken I discovered it had now coating at all on it.

This location is never busy but still has not so great service. This is what an 8pc nuggets looks like and for almost 10 bucks this is such a rip off ! Second time here all year bc the food quality and quantity is not worth the price. KFC used to be well worth the money. This will be my last visit. No sauce in the bag and the biscuits are nice and old.

I came there and they had the doors locked at 7:30pm. I go thru the line to get a doordash and they pull me up and still had to wait forever for some chicken tenders. I dont recommend coming here at all.

Worst store to order from when certain crews are working. As well as being a door dasher food is never ready and you will be waiting 10/15+ for the smallest simple orders! This store is horrible!!!
