To me, this place is a throwback to the days before corporate fast food took over in every aspect. Reminded me of places I used to go 20 to 40 years ago. You sit down, have some conversation look a the dollar bills and memorabilia on the wall ans enjoy good food with friendly service.
Don’t let the street-face of this place turn you away. Come on in. People are friendly and food is decent. I had a cheese burger and fries with a side of pleasant conversation. This is the kind of college-town bar where the bartender is your waitress and may even join you at your table.
Wwll, my order was messed up tonight didn't notice until I got home then I get up there to pay and it's an entirely different total than what I was told on the phone. Person that rang me up did make it right so that was cool. But the last 2 times I've called and ordered for pickup I've had to repeat things multiple times to whomever answers the phone up there, and it's a pretty simple order, the same everytime nothing different . It's not like the place is loud or ever super busy that I seen, so it's just annoying at this point. Then it's just awkward silence until someone hangs up. I will say the pizza is good though that's why I want to give this place a chance but I will say my order tonight was not the best I've had up there and please get someone else to answer the phone because shees

As other reviewers have stated, it's an older feel to the decor but probably what you'd expect in a small town with laid back atmosphere. The food, however, left a lot to be desired. To be up front, I wasn't expecting Michelin star quality but I was expecting it to at least be mostly edible. My companion and I ordered fried mushrooms, mushroom and Swiss burger and a ham sandwich. We both got the basket size (the other size is just the sandwich alone). I asked for coffee and ice water and my friend got a can of Pepsi and water. The fried mushrooms were completely inedible as they were still frozen in the middle. The mushroom burger tasted like it came from the freezer and my friend stated that the was more salt on his sandwich than the were on the fries. Again, to reiterate, wasn't looki
