This a great place to stop by for breakfast or lunch in downtown Albion. Delicious and fresh ingredients! Their service was top-notch. Ask for Kaya or any member of their staff, and they can help you with suggestions or if you have any questions. Make it a must stop. You won't be disappointed.

Amazing chocolate croissant, cream cheese danish- and the Mother of all their donuts is THE FOUNDRY DONUT. This is a gem in our Albion- go check it out!

Best donut I've ever had. Blueberry filled donut. The filling was a delicious homemade compote, sweet and rich in flavor. The dough was soft and slightly chewy. The icing was light and sweet. What a hidden gem. They had a decently large variety of other baked goods as well. I definitely will be back to try more of their goodies.

I was hesitant to make this post because I actually do enjoy the food here but, something has changed in my last few visits at the Foundry. In the past when I would come in you could tell the workers were happy to be there, they liked each other, and it made the trip overall positive. In this past year and a half I've noticed a decline in this energy. It seems like the staff feels uncomfortable, especially when the women I'm assuming is the manager is around. The service itself is still great, but I just don't get that same "family" environment that I had come to look forward to anymore. I'm not sure what the reason for this change may be, but this has been consistent with my past few visits.

What a great local bakery. From the minute you walk in the awesome smells hit you, and you’re greeted with hellos. The shop is buzzing as everyone behind the counter is preparing orders and getting ready for the day. The bacon egg and cheese sandwich was top notch, the ham and cheese quiche was very good.
