Kenna’s Kitchen

So good we came two days in a row! The pumpkin bread sundae was seriously the best, my photo doesn’t do it justice!

I booked catering with Kenna’s Kitchen on May 25th a full five months in advance for pickup at 5:30pm on October 25th. When I checked in three weeks before my event to confirm, I was told last minute that because of a block party, I’d have to pick up my food at 1:30pm instead. That means my food would be sitting around for six hours before serving. When I asked how to keep the food fresh, the response I got was basically, “it’s going to get soggy.” No real solutions, no effort to accommodate, no discount, and I was even told I’d still have to pay extra for warmers after this huge inconvenience. After booking months in advance, I expected professionalism and at least some effort to make things right, but that didn’t happen. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service.

We got catering through Kenna’s Kitchen for my daughter’s birthday party and I am so glad we did! I cannot recommend Kenna and her team more! She was so courteous, friendly, and professional when I contacted her from the beginning to even after our event was finished. I went back and forth with the amount of people we needed to feed and even with that, Kenna was super understanding and accommodating. Not to mention, the food was amazingly delicious! A few guests even asked who our caterer was - it was that ono! 🤤 If you’re trying to figure out who to use for your next event, go with Kenna’s Kitchen and you won’t be disappointed. 😊🥰

So fresh and flavorful. Seriously, how do you get so much flavor in your food? Everything was perfect. Clean, fresh local food at its best! Highly recommend!
