Kay's Orcutt Country Kitchen

We stopped off this morning for breakfast. It was on a Saturday at about 8 AM and we were able to immediately be seated. I had Kay’s Orcutt omelette, it was very good. Wife had Too much to drink last night omelette. She loved it. Service was nearly perfect and we certainly enjoyed our breakfast. We will come back again very soon.

Food and service were great! Classic American breakfast/lunch options in old town orcutt. A group of 5 of us went out, we were able to get a table within 10 minutes of arriving. Even though it was a Tuesday they were still rather busy. We ordered all breakfast options (served all day) we ordered waffles, French toast, an omelet, coffee, and a couple mimosas. Everything came out hot, fresh and quickly. Very tasty, simple, hearty dishes. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a classic diner type experience in Orcutt

Enjoyed our time here. No longer have food service outside.... so keep your doggies at home. The Monte Cristo Breakfast Sandwich was amazing & the Chili Verde Fries were phenomenal! Dad enjoyed his Kay's Omelet & my Husband liked the smoked tri-tip.

I LOVE this little place! It’s a favorite of the locals and I wish I lived closer because the food is SOOO GOOD!! The inside is so cute and I love how they decorated with windows - especially the one they used as a shadow box. The staff is friendly and efficient and happy. There is a wait because Kay’s makes people happy and I am really pleased we went there. The prices are really good too. And my Adult beverage was perfect! I only have two comments - I couldn’t find the sign on the outside of the building (apparently it is very high up) and there isn’t a Kay’s closer to where I live. Thank you to Paige who was our lovely server on Saturday when we went and to the young man who made my drink - BRAVO! We visited for the first time on a Friday night. We sat in the back by the bar and Billy served us. It was AMAZING and I credit it ALL to Billy! From the get-go he was friendly and helpful, gave great suggestions and even whipped up a few custom cocktails for us. I'll remember the great experience and we will be back! Highly recommend! *Second visit was as great as the first! Billy was great again and the live music was very fun!
